process until development when using architect services. Therefore, here we
inform the details of the process of each design stage, especially at Emporio
Architect.
A. LAND MEASUREMENT & TEST PHASE
Before contacting an architect, it's a good idea to take
accurate land measurements first so that the design process can be done more
quickly and effectively. You can use the help of Land Surveying Services
available in various regions.
With the help of land measurement services and
theodolite, precise land size can be obtained and used as a reference when
designing. Please note, the size of the land that is not precise can cause many
problems at the time of implementation. Therefore, make sure that land data is
taken with the help of professionals and adequate tools.
In addition to land measurement, the sondir test is also
needed so that structural experts can analyze the right building structure to
use on your land because different soil conditions on each land require different
types of structures or foundations.
B. CONSULTING & BUDGETING PHASE
This stage is done from the first time you contact the
services of an architect. Convey the space needs and budget that you have from
the beginning to the customer service so that the design process to
implementation can be completed properly. With budget information and space
requirements, later the architect can optimize the layout in accordance with
the needs and closer to the budget. If the space requirement exceeds the
existing budget, the architect can give a warning and provide a more feasible
alternative.

C. PROPOSAL PLAN CREATION STAGE
After the above data is informed to the customer service,
the data will be submitted to the architect so that it can be analyzed and made
a draft building plan in accordance with the data required space requirements.
At this stage, the architect will contact you either via Whatsapp, Team Viewer
or Zoom to conduct an online meeting.
If the land area does not meet all the space needs you
want, the architect will provide an alternative to adding floors or reducing
the amount of space. The architect will also inform the estimated area of the
building needed according to your space needs.
Later, the concept of the plan proposed at this stage is
the initial idea only. You can request revisions to the floor plan drawing
after making the first stage payment in advance.
D. THE FIRST STAGE OF PAYMENT
In order to get design services from Emporio Architect,
you need to make the first stage of payment according to the proposals and
invoices that have been sent. Payment can be by transfer to a Bank account or
Paypal as informed on the Invoice.
After you make a transaction, confirm through the
WhatsApp Group that has been created, or through the number listed on the
Invoice so that you get a payment receipt. After that, you can immediately
start the design service with the Emporio Architect team.
E. FLOOR PLAN CREATION & REVISION STAGE
After making the payment Stage 1, then the process of
making plans and drawings revisions can be resumed. When making plans, there
are things that need to be discussed intensively with the architect. Here are
the things that will be discussed during the plan design process.

At this stage, you are free to request a revision of the
plan related to spatial planning, shifting, reducing, expanding to reducing and

F. SECOND STAGE OF PAYMENT
If you agree and are satisfied with the floor plan and
the total building area, then the architect will submit a second stage Invoice
for making a 3D model. After making a payment, immediately confirm with us to
get a receipt and further design services.
G. STAGES OF MAKING 3D MODELS
After the payment of the 2nd stage, the architects will
continue discussions for the creation of a 3D Model. 3D Model is a development
of the plan drawing (2D = X & Y axis) that has been done previously by
adding shapes on the Z axis. The process of making 3D models is done by
architects using computers with 3D modeling technology.

If you agree with the results of the initial 3D Model and
visualization submitted, then the architect will send a third stage invoice for
the creation of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and
plumbing) technical drawings, fine visualization, RAB to bonus 3D design
videos. After you make the third stage of payment, confirm with us to get a
receipt and receive further design services.
In this third stage, you cannot request revisions to the
floor plan or 3D model again. What you can do at this stage is a discussion

I. STAGES OF CREATING A SMOOTH VISUALIZATION
After you make the 3rd stage payment, The Architect will
coordinate the results of your design to the rendering team (visual experts) to
create a smooth rendering visualization of the exterior and interior along with
a bonus 3D video. This stage is carried out in parallel with the creation of
technical drawings.
